How the site is built
The goal is conformance with WCAG 2.2 at level AA (Slovak Decree No. 78/2020 Coll. on standards for public administration information technology).
The whole site can be used with a keyboard; the focused element always has a visible outline. Every page starts with a “Skip to content” link.
Text has sufficient contrast, the font size adapts to the screen, and pages work at 200% zoom and on mobile.
If reduced motion is turned on in your system, the opening animation does not play and a still photograph is shown.
Meaningful photos have a text description; documents state their file type and size.
Known limitations
Some older documents (PDF) and articles taken over from the original website may not meet every accessibility requirement, for example scanned documents or information published as an image.
Photos in the photo gallery have no individual descriptions.
Older news articles and most documents are available in Slovak only.
