On Friday, 7 November 2025, Košice hosted Fyzikálny náboj 2025 (Physics Náboj), a competition for five-member teams in solving physics problems. The competition took place simultaneously in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary, Austria, Spain and Portugal.
Our students achieved excellent results.
Seniors
The team of
Marek Jambrich (Septima), Slavomír Kormaník (3.C), Tadeáš Havír (4.A), Matej Kovaľ (4.B), Krištof Max Kandera (4.B)
won 1st place in Košice. In the national ranking, they took 3rd place out of 62 teams. In the international competition of 321 teams, they finished in 15th place.
Juniors
The first junior team:
Stela Palenčárová (Quinta), Andrej Harvan (2.C), Petronela Palenčárová (Sexta), Simeon Dan Saraka (1.B), Adam Kačmarik (2.A)
took 25th place in Slovakia out of 51 teams.
The second junior team:
Michal Revický (Quinta), Sebastián Holovič (Quinta), Filip Fekete (Quinta), Michal Škovran (Quinta), Jakub Vrabeľ (1.A)
finished in 32nd place in the national ranking.
In the international ranking, these teams finished in 56th and 79th place out of 175 registered teams.
