Autumn CyberSecurityDay at the Faculty of Science, UPJŠ

On November 29, 2025, we took part in the Autumn CyberSecurityDay event.

Together with our students, we listened to the lecture Behind the Curtain of Cybersecurity about the work of cybersecurity experts in the real world.

In the workshops we had the opportunity to find out how so-called honeypots work, discuss the security of artificial intelligence, and understand how attackers think, whose main tool is phishing.

We also represented GJAR successfully in the final Pub Quiz, where we took the top three places (teams of mixed pairs – members could not be from the same school).

To everyone who hesitated about attending because it was on a Saturday :): if you are considering a career in cybersecurity, definitely join us when we go to the Spring CyberSecurityDay at UPJŠ. This experience will help you discover new opportunities and make the right decision when choosing your profession.
