Our students of Gymnázium Jána Adama Raymana, Mudroňova 20, Prešov achieved excellent results in the final of the district round of the secondary school badminton competition. The boys delivered great performances, won all their matches and in the final defeated the team of EES on Solivarská Street in Prešov, thereby winning 1st place and qualifying for the regional round.
The girls also shone throughout the tournament, winning all their matches up to the final, where they eventually lost to the team from SSŠŠ Elba in Prešov and took a fine 2nd place.
We thank all our students for representing the school so well, for their sporting commitment and their exemplary team spirit. We congratulate them on their success and wish them good luck in the regional round.
