We have bronze!
On 26 March 2026, the regional round of SOČ (secondary school research competition) took place at the Technical Secondary Vocational School in Prešov. From 43 schools in the Prešov Region came 242 competitors, who presented work in 17 fields.
Gymnázium Jána Adama Raymana was represented by Veronika OBOŇOVÁ (1.B), who was among the youngest participants in the competition. In her category, Environment, Geography, Geology, she impressed both the jury and the audience and finished in 3rd place with her work “The City's Hidden Parasite: The Occurrence of European Mistletoe in Selected Parts of Prešov”.
