1. If a secondary school decides to admit an applicant, the information on their admission in the list of applicants according to the results of the admissions procedure is considered the decision on admission, and the day the list is published is considered the day the decision on admission is delivered. (§ 68 of the Education Act)
2. Admitted students will receive a questionnaire via EduPage – choice of the 1st and 2nd foreign language, ethics/religious education, and fitness for physical and sports education – which must be completed and returned promptly (via EduPage).
3. The decision not to admit a student will be sent to the parent or legal guardian electronically or by post.
4. In the four-year program, we recommend that the parent or legal guardian of a student not admitted to field 7902 J 00 – grammar school due to lack of places inquire about the possibility of changing to field 7902 J 05 – grammar school with a computer science specialization at tel. 0910251000. If there is interest in changing the field, the headteacher reserves the right to decide on the appeal by way of self-remedy within the appeal procedure.
5. The parent or legal guardian of the student has the right to appeal against the headteacher's decision within the set deadline. (§ 68 of the Education Act)
