Public procurement

On 27. 02. 2014 the Public Procurement Office set up an electronic repository under § 113(3) of the Public Procurement Act for contracting authorities to create their profiles.
Under § 155m(8) of Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement, as amended, the contracting authority is required to publish information and documents in its public procurement profile from 1. 3. 2014.
