What is POHODOMER (the well-being meter)?
- it gives us space to express how we feel at school and in general
- finding out how we are doing and what we need will help us focus on what we can do at school to look after the mental well-being of all of us
How does it work?
- it is a set of questions we answer in an online questionnaire (during a lesson with our form teacher)
- it is anonymous and the results are processed for us by the research agency 2 muse – this means the answers cannot be linked to a specific person
- the questionnaire takes about 15 minutes and must be completed in one go, otherwise the answers will not be recorded
- at the end there is space to write freely about anything we want someone at school to know
- every one of us matters, so it is important that we take part
And then what?
- it will help us get a complete picture of mental well-being and take the necessary steps
- changes meant to have a positive effect happen gradually, so it may take some time before we feel the benefits of the survey in the everyday life of the school
- none of us can change things without the help of others, but everyone can contribute
