This year, the Goethe-Institut Bratislava once again organized the event German Days, which our students also attended. The event took place at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Prešov on May 5, 2026. Its aim was to support and motivate students who want to pursue the language in the future.
The main theme of this year's event was learning German and making use of opportunities for education and careers. It also included a discussion with representatives of German companies operating in Slovakia.
The students took part in practical workshops in which they tried out the work of an interpreter, conducted a job interview and learned about Austrian culture and life. German Days gave the students space for expert discussion, the exchange of experience and the connection of education with practice.
