The festival of friendship and volunteering "Milujem svoje mesto – Milujem svoj kraj" (I Love My Town – I Love My Region), held together with Volunteering Week, took place in Prešov for the ninth time.
During the maturita exams on May 21, 2026, members of the student council and volunteers of our school also joined this volunteering activity. With their willingness and active approach, they helped tidy up the school grounds and also helped collect litter on the banks of the Torysa River.
Gymnázium Jána Adama Raymana has taken part in this initiative regularly for several years and every year supports the idea of volunteering, a responsible approach to the environment and active citizenship.
We thank everyone who gives their time, energy and willingness to making our school's surroundings more beautiful, and we hope that more volunteers will join us in the future.
