Charity concert (10 November 2016) A very successful and eagerly awaited cultural event, which we organize at the Jonáš Záborský Theatre in Prešov, is the Charity Concert of Gymnázium Jána Adama Raymana. Students who present their extracurricular interests and talents convincingly show that at our school we know how to have fun at a high artistic level. The teachers keep pace with the students' performances in music, theatre and public speaking. They gladly show their love of culture and have the courage to perform in front of the public, giving the audience an unforgettable cultural experience. This tradition, which the school keeps alive, always attracts great interest.
9th Hviezdna noc (Starry Night) ball (jpg, 77.26 KiB), Eight years ago the idea arose of holding a school ball as a chance to meet on school grounds, but in fine clothes and a festive atmosphere. The very first ball showed that the idea brought together people who, that same morning, had still been divided into teachers and students. In the evening, in a fun and relaxed mood, we suddenly became a true GJAR family. Every ball since has been held in this spirit, until it finally earned its traditional place not only in the hearts of students and teachers but also in the hearts of our graduates. The event is organized under the auspices of the student council.
